Ingredients: Onion (61%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, colour : E100-E160c), wheat flour, sunflower oil, water, salt, sugar, stabiliser E401.

Storage: Until the BBD (-18°C)

1.Immerse the onion rings in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes until they obtain a nice golden color.

2. shake off the breadcrumbs, shake the basket lightly and let it darken. the basket lightly and let it drain.

3.After frying, shake the basket slightly and then empty it onto cooking paper.
