Refund Policy

We apologize for any unpleasant shopping experience in our store. Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something. 

Refund or exchange is only offered to defective or damaged product upon delivery. Please notify us not more than 3 days upon receiving the products at [email protected] together with receipt or proof of purchase.

Please courier back the product to us in its original conditions within 5 days of receiving the package. We will assess any defects on a case-by-case basis. Upon review, we may offer a refund via store credit or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If an exchange is granted, a new product will be shipped. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer.
