â No return/refund if you receive kimchi in bloating/leaking condition because this is due to gas produced by kimchi during fermentation process which is 100% normal & does not affect the kimchi quality.
â Transfer kimchi to container / tupperware & store in fridge for 3 hours before eat

â You can keep the kimchi in fridge for at least 3 months and have no issue if kept beyond this period. Bear in mind that the longer it's kept, the more sour kimchi will turn due to fermentation occurs over time. If you do not wish to have sour kimchi, finish it ASAP. If you're okay with sour kimchi, you can keep in fridge for longer period.

1) If you received the kimchi in leaking/bloating condition, please be noted that this is a normal and common scenario and the kimchi is not spoilt. It is just that the kimchi fermented and produce gas that make the bag bloated/leaking. Please pour the kimchi into container and store in fridge. Please be noted that we will not accept kimchi bag bloated/leaking as a reason for refund as this is a natural phenomenon that will happen for kimchi and we have also stated clearly here. Placing order means accepting this T&C.
2) Shipping for kimchi in West Malaysia only. Sabah and Sarawak is not allowed due to long shipping time.
