How to eat?

Abalone with abalone sauce

• Thaw this product and dry it out before use:
• Heat the pand, add oil and lightly fry the abalone until both sides change colour
• Add the seasoned abalone juice to the pot add the abalone and simmer for 1 minute, remove and put on a plate
• Thicken the abalone juice into a thin gravy,drizzle with sesame oil, pour it on the abalone and serve.

Braised Abalone

• Thaw this product and drain it for later 
  
• Put the pot on fire on the fire, pour in the soup, add refined abalone and sear it until the flavour is absorbed, then thicken the gravy with wet starch
• When the juice i s reduced and MSG and add sesame oil and stir well.
• Place on a plate and garnish with cucumber slices or brocolli on the edge.
