Cooking Instructions:

  1. For Frying: Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry prawns in small batches for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  2. For Baking:

    • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
    • Arrange the frozen tempura prawns in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. For Air Frying:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
    • Place the frozen tempura prawns in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  4. For Pan Frying:

    • Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the frozen tempura prawns to the skillet in a single layer.
    • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.


Storage:

Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
