How To Cook:
✔️1 cup black pearls
✔️8 cups of water
✔️1/2 cup sugar syrup (2 tablespoons sugar)
1. Boil water over high heat until boiling. Put the Black Pearls into boiling water and cover the pot. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Cook over high heat for 16 minutes.
2. Put out the fire and let the black pearls in the pan for about 30 minutes.
3. Put in a filter, place under running water and then put in a container of sugar syrup.
4. Ready to use.
** Sugar water is intended for shiny pearls ** Dry pearl should not be exposed to the air for long to avoid it from getting stale.
