Good for double frying, our batter ensure that your end result will not be overly oily. Best for business usage as you can prep your fried chicken first for standby and refry it again when needed.
STEP: 1. Mix 200g Daebak Korean Fried Chicken Batter with 260g water. Stir well until smooth. 2. Evenly coat and marinate 1kg chicken parts with pre-prepared batter mix for 1 hour. 3. Heat oil to 175° c. Fry Chicken several pieces at a time for 7 - 8 minutes. Remove the chicken and refry again for 3 minute at 150° c until golden brown and crispy. 4. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving. 5. Coat the fried chicken with heated (on pan) Korean sauce of your choice 6. Serve!
