Japan Arrowroot Noodle 90g (Arrow Root Starch Noodle) 蒟蒻葛粉条 90g Kanemasa Kuzukuri

[Net Weight]: 90g

Kuzukiri is on of the Japanese traditional desserts that represent Japan's summer. It is originated in Kyoto, and you can find anywhere in Japan at Japanese style cafes or grocery stores today. The transparent noodles look very refreshing and make you cool down.

Kuzukiri is made from simple ingredients, water and kudzu powder. It is usually served with kuromitsu (black sugar syrup) as the noodles themselves don't have much taste. The texture is amazingly smooth, soft, and unique.

Arrowroot contains a good amount of potassium, iron and B vitamins, which is great for metabolism, circulation and heart health. Studies have even shown that arrowroot can stimulate immune cells and boost the immune system.

Because arrowroot is not a grain, many people (especially those with digestive issues or sensitivities) find that arrowroot noodles is more easily digestible. It also contains more fiber than potatoes and other starches, keeping things “moving” and helping to stave off hunger.
