The deep amber color and fragrant flavor make sushi and vinegared dishes exceptionally mellow.

Recipe: 

Mixed vinegar recipe (Edo-mae sushi) for 4 people, 3 cups of rice (3 cups of 180 ml), pure sake lees vinegar sanban yamabuki (4-5 tbsp), salt (2 tsp), if you prefer a sweeter taste, add the same amount of salt and sugar.

Ingredients:

Almonds, abalone, squid, salmon roe, oranges, cashew nuts, kiwifruit, beef, sesame, salmon, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, bananas, pork, matsutake mushrooms, peaches, yams, apples, gelatin

Allergy:

Shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts

Notes:

• A brown sediment derived from sake lees may occur, but there is no problem with the quality.
• After opening, acetic acid bacteria in the air may cause suspended matter, which may deteriorate the flavor. After opening, close the cap properly and store in a cool place.
• If you drink it as it is, it may cause stomach and throat irritation, so be sure to dilute it more than 5 times with water.
• If you feel strong stimulation, please refrain from using it.
