Wakame is a edible seaweed often used in Japanese or Asian cuisine such as soup, salad or as a side dish to seafood. Wakame is a major use for Japanese, it contains fiber and calcium. Oguraya Tegaru Wakame is fresh and dried seaweed which cut in a useful size. Easy and convenient to use.

HOW TO COOK :
1. Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for around 5-10 minutes and allow it to expand.
2. Drain the water out.
3. Prepare the meat, clam or tofu. Pre-heat a medium pot over medium heat. Add some sesame oil, seaweed and meat. Stir fried till the meat is partly cooked.
4. Add the soy sauce, salt and water. Boil over medium high heat till the meat is fully cooked.
5. Enjoy your seaweed soup with a bowl of steamed rice.
