1. For every 500gm Ajido Takoyaki Mix, add 4 Eggs (Grade A or B) and 850 ml water . Mix Well.
2. Heat up Takoyaki Pan, Pour the mixture into the cavity. when the outer crust starts to shape, put in your favorite ingredient (chuka idako/sausage/crab stick).
3. Pour the remaining mixture in to fill up the pan.
4. Start to turn the takoyaki over using takoyaki stick.
5. Once the surface of the takoyaki turns to golden color, stop cooking.
6. Move the delicious takoyaki to a plate. Add your favourite takoyaki sauce, Bonito flake & Aonori to complete the awesome meal!
