1. Combine, paprika, thyme and Kewpie Sandwich Spread in a bowl.
2. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, transfer chicken breast to the baking pan, drizzle with 1 tsp oil and rub seasoning all over to evenly coat.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C, bake chicken breast for about 20 minutes until golden with crisp edges.
4. Remove the chicken breast from the oven and cut into small pieces.
5. Transfer chicken to a serving plate and serve with an array of fresh vegetables.
