Korea Barley Tea 韩国大麦茶

- Barley tea is a made from roasted barley kernels in water, refreshing and light taste healthy tea drink and caffeine-free. Boricha (보리차) is popular and found in every Korean household. In Korean restaurant will served it instead of water.  


HOW TO MAKE :

(Hot Barley Tea) Whole roasted barley kernels and filtered water. Bring to boil, turn off heat and let steep for around 5 minutes. For more stronger taste, can steep for 15 minutes.

(Cold Barley Tea) Put a barley tea bag and filtered water in a glass container and put in the refrigerator around 1-2 hours. 


Korea Corn Tea 韩国玉米茶 

- Corn tea is a herbal tea drink, which taste mild and light. It is made from steeping roasted corn kernels in water and caffeine-free. Oksusucha (옥수수차)   is Korea famous light tea drink, in Korean restaurant will served it instead of water. 


HOW TO MAKE :

(Hot Corn Tea) 3 tablespoons roasted corn kernels, 4 cups of water in 208°F temperature. Steep for 10 minutes.

(Cold Corn Tea) 1 roasted corn tea bags, 4 cups of cold water. Steep for 1 hours.
