What is Udon ?
Megah Mee Udon has been cooked and undergone blast freezing to lock in its moisture and ensure that the udon remains tender, smooth and chewy.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, filtered water, salt and permitted emulsifier
How to cook?
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute or until done to your liking
2.Drain the noodles
3.The noodles can be stir fried or be mixed with seasoning sauce
4. Ready to be served
