Kal Guk Soo is a traditional food that has been around for centuries. Ancient documents say that it was a summer dish eaten on special occasions, as the wheat flour needed for the noodles had to be imported from China. Made with fermented dried noodles, the noodles are made of elastic kalguksu,Soft and chewy cut noodles type Kalguksu! Different from the usual noodle type as it is wider and flatter (like the Malaysian 'pan mee')
