In Korea, birthdays are traditionally celebrated with a bowl of seaweed soup. Now you can enjoy these flavors as easy-to-make, no-hassle ramen.

The broth is made from beef brisket and bone, while the noodles are made with 10% rice flour so they are chewy, and soft in texture. The seaweed is from Namhae, a city on the south coast of Korea.

You can modify the amount of liquid soup added to fit your preference.

Pairs well with a bowl of rice.


How to Cook?

1. Add 500 ml of water and dried soup and boil the water.

2. Put the liquid soup, add the noodles then boil for 2 minutes.

3. After eating all the noodle, you can eat rice with the soup.
