- purified water, white sugar, refined salt,soy sauce, starch syrup, fermented, vinegar, beef swoop stock flour

- juice, refined, soup water, white sugar, refined salt
Recipe;-
1) When 800ml (about 4 cups) boils
2) Add cold noodles & stir gently
3) Boil for 40 to 50 seconds
4) When the noodles are cooked, soak them in running water, rinse throughly 3-4 times & drain.After removing it, place it on bowl.
5) Place in the refrigerator to cool. Pour and enjoy
It is even more delicious if you serve it with cucumber slices, boiled eggs,radish vinegar or radish lattice, depending in your preference
