Ingredients:sugar, vinegar, salt, yuzu, juice, seaweed extract, contains monosodium glumate as permitted flavour enhancer

The perfect Sushi vinegar to make delicious sushi rice. Balance in sweetness and sourness with a fruity note to improve your appetite! Can be use as salad dressing as well

How to use

1.Mix rice vinegar into cooked rice with the ratio of 50gm vinegar to 150gm rice. 

2.Stir the rice using the paddle to mix the rice. Let it rest for 5 minutes and stir again. 

3.Repeat step 2 for 3 times.
