COOKING WAYS:
PAN FRYING - FOR 10-12 GYOZA, POUR 2 TABLESPOONS COOKING OIL INTO A HEATED FRYING PAN. PLACE FROZEN GYOZA IN PAN & BROWN SLOWLY FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE AT MEDIUM HEAT. THEN REDUCE TEMPERATURE TO LOW. ADD 3 TABLESPOONS OF WATER, COVER & SIMMER 5 - 6 MINUTES UNTIL THE BOTTOMS OF THE GYOZA TURN BROWN.
IN SOUP: BOIL YOUR FAVORITE BEEF OR CHCIKEN SOUP & ADD THE FROZEN GYOZA. COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES UNTIL SPOIL.
DEEP FRYING: PREHEAT OIL TO 170C-180C IN ORDINARY SAUCEPAN. PLACE 10-12 GYOZA IN SAUCEPAN (OIL SHOULD COVER THE GYOZA COMPLETELY). COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL GYOZA IS COMPLETELY BROWN.
