KOREA CJ BEKSUL PANCAKE MIX 500G

CJ Beksul pancake mix is a ready pancake mix flour with no need for extra seasoning. Making your own delicious and authentic taste of Korean pancakes in easy at home. 

Korean pancakes can be enjoyed as a starter or a snack in various flavours such as kimchi-jeon (made with kimchi) or saengseon-jeon (made with seafood).

Cooking instruction :

1) Mix 250g of CJ Beksul pancake mix with 400ml of water to make a pancake batter.

2) Add chopped kimchi or vegetables, green onion, onion, carrot and red chili, or seafood/meat into the batter.

3) Mix well and add a spoonful of batter into the hot greased pan.

4) Fry until slightly crisp on the edge and flip over and continue cooking until golden, and serve.

5) Dipping with some sesame soy sauce for more delicious taste.
