You can enjoy spicy and refreshing fresh tofu stew, Sundubu Jjigae, cooked by this seasoning made with clam, shellfish extract, and red pepper powder. The various seasonings are in the optimal blending ratio, so you can easily make a delicious fresh tofu stew delicious without any additional seasonings. 

Cooking Direction:

1.Pour water into the pot, add seasoning for CJ Dadam soup base for seasoned fresh tofu stew, mix well and boil it over high heat.

2.When it boils, add 1 bag of pure fresh tofu, reduce to medium heat and cook for another 2 minutes.

3.Add green onion and egg, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. You can also add onion, enoki mushroom, and blue and red pepper depending on your preference.

Storage: Store in Dry and Room Temperature.
